Terms of Use

1. The service

Monaza is a personal finance organization tool: you log your income, expenses, bills and investments, and Monaza organizes, calculates and presents that information (for example, your “Free to spend” and estimates of how long your money lasts).

Monaza's estimates and forecasts are based exclusively on the data you enter. They are organized information — not guarantees.

2. Monaza is not financial advice

Monaza is not a bank, not a broker, and does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Information about financial instruments (including quotes and references to BODIVA) is for information purposes only. Financial decisions are yours and your responsibility.

3. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the accuracy of the data you enter. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Monaza for illegal purposes, to attempt to access other users' data, to reverse-engineer the service, or to deliberately overload it. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Pricing and subscriptions

During early access, Monaza is free. In the future, some advanced features may become part of a paid subscription (Monaza Premium), processed by the app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play) or local payment methods. Prices and conditions will be clearly communicated before any charge, and you will be able to cancel at any time with effect at the end of the paid period.

6. Your data and content

The financial data you enter is yours. You grant us only the technical license needed to store, process and present it within the service. Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Monaza — including the brand, design and software — is the property of the Monaza team. These terms do not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you.

8. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but Monaza is provided “as is”, without guarantees of continuous availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, giving you reasonable notice when the change is material.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monaza is not liable for financial losses resulting from decisions made based on the information presented, for incorrect data entered by the user, or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Angola. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent Angolan courts.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; if a change is material, we notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Questions? hello@getmonaza.com.
