Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Monaza, a product of Tumaio, Inc.. By using the app, you agree to them.

1. The service

Monaza helps you organize your personal finances. You can use the app as a guest or with an account. To keep your data across devices, create an account.

2. Not financial advice

Monaza is an organization tool. It isn't a bank, doesn't move money, and doesn't provide financial, tax or investment advice. Estimates and market data are for information only.

3. Your account

You must be at least 16. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the data you enter.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Monaza for illegal purposes, try to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Pricing and subscriptions

Monaza is free during the beta. If we introduce paid plans, prices and terms will be shown before any purchase. Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play, renew automatically, and can be canceled in your store settings.

6. Your data

Your data belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Monaza, including its brand, design and software, belongs to Tumaio. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app.

8. App Store

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, these terms are between you and Tumaio, not Apple. Tumaio is solely responsible for the app, its support, and any claims relating to it. Apple has no maintenance or warranty obligations, other than refunding the app's price if applicable. You confirm you're not in a US-embargoed country or on a restricted-party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.

9. Availability

We work to keep Monaza available, but the service is provided “as is”. We may change or discontinue features.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tumaio isn't liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on information shown in the app. Our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the previous 12 months or US$50. Nothing in these terms removes rights that your local law doesn't allow us to exclude.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, US. If you have a problem, contact us first. Consumers keep the mandatory protections of the law where they live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we'll let you know before they take effect.
